In order to reinforce the Sales Team in Wallisellen, we are looking for:
Hunt for and acquire new clients using a variety of direct and indirect methods, including cold calling and networking.
Work with a variety of stakeholders to map out and engage the client’s teams, managers and leaders to acquire and deploy Dimension Data products and services that positively impact and change client workflows, process and tasks.
Use their problem solving ability to help the client in understanding the high-level requirements to address a problem whilst offering a prescriptive approach or roadmap to follow.
Assess, surface and mitigate client-centric risks that could prove detrimental to the client’s credibility or could derail the initiative altogether.
Conduct a vulnerability analysis of Dimension Data’s position in comparison to that of competitors and vendors, to ensure the client’s requirement is at the heart of our proposed solution.
Focus on the path that clients need to take and not the products that they need to buy.
Act as a reliable advisor and will present solutions based on the careful analysis of the current state and an understanding of the desired state the client is looking to achieve.Effectively facilitate sales meetings in a way that solicits multiple perspectives and drives consensus to a course and plan of action.
Develop and own a communication plan, provide regular check-ins with the primary point of contact and have an established process for getting buy-n from all stakeholders.Articulate the ways in which Dimension Data is different from the other suppliers and vendors they interact with.
Contribute to marketing campaigns that will generate sales leads and new business.
Relevant degree in Technical or Sales or client/account management field
Three years’ sales experience working in a large IT company
Prior experience selling complex solutions and services to the C-Suite
A good understanding of the vast range of IT operations and Dimension Data service offerings
Sound knowledge of applications, softwares
High degree of related experience in account and/or client management
Relevant subject matter expertise for engaging in client problems and finding viable solutions
Business, business development or industry expertise
Proven client management/ sales and client engagement experience
