Build, establish and maintain professional business relationships with institutional investors across the globe
Identify and develop new investors and market opportunities and understanding client's needs to ensure that products / solutions can be appropriately tailored
Advise and develop existing relationship and promote new investment solutions for the investor's alternative investment portfolio
Proactive, structured and disciplined market coverage with a clear focus to sell the company's diverse set of investment products
Consistent maintenance of the CRM systems
Maintain close and collaborative relationship with the Investment Management team and other stakeholders of the company
Working directly with the CEO to develop the investor relations strategy and related projects
Implement a marketing strategy to support the fundraising efforts and develop capabilities within the marketing team to assist with marketing-event initiatives
Represent the company at and organize networking events in the alternative investment industry
10 years' experience as an investor relations professional with a focus on alternative investment products
Existing network with institutional clients (pension funds, family offices, insurance investors, etc.)
Strong understanding of alternative investment products, ideally with a focus on infrastructure assets/funds
Proven track record in acquiring new institutional clients/net new money
Very strong client and service orientation, able to interact with and create solutions for highly sophisticated investors
Effective team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong self-motivation
Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and -cultural skills
Well-organized with an ability to adapt and tackle a wide variety of challenges and tasks
Fluent in German and English; any other language is a plus
University degree or equivalent, CFA or similar certification is a plus
Interest in the green economy and infrastructure investments
