Your challenges For your own brand portfolio, you will be in charge of:
Ensuring international product availability and analysis of inventory levels
Daily collaboration with global partners and suppliers of the company
International coordination with other headquarters, warehouses, distribution centers and other internal stakeholders
Constantly optimizing the supply chain procedures and methods
Coordination and monitoring of inventory stock and effectively managing of excess or out-of stock
Tracking and monitoring inbound shipments
Keeping the departments KPIs in mind and acting in their regards
Working closely together with different departments such as local operations and customer service team
Other general supply chain related tasks
Inventory and Supply Planning Coordinator
Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equal education in the industry
Subject-specific further education is a great asset
Some years of relevant experience in the field of procurement and inventory coordination
Fluency in English language, German is an advantage
Affinity towards relevant IT-systems, as well as proficient knowledge in MS Office (excel) and SAP
Professional and experienced personality with an accurate way of working
International and team-oriented mind set
