Active administrative support of team members and superiors
Manage daily business correspondence and set meetings
Organisation of internal and external meetings and presentations
Control and administrate business expenses of the team with internal office programs
Arrange business trips including necessary visa application
Various organizational and administrative tasks
Team Assistant in Asset Management
4-5 years proof of working experience as an Team Assistant or similar roles. Preferably in the banking or travel sector.
Adapt to a fast changing environment and capable of working under pressure
Excellent English and German skills (written and spoken). All other languages are a plus
Very good knowledge of MS-Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
