CAD / CAFM Manager (100 %)
 
In this position you will be responsible for following tasks: 

  • Data Management within Site Management to ensure availability and quality of necessary data and system-based information for operating facilities, controlling and operational, tactical and strategic planning
  • Operating and ensuring availability of various systems (such as CAFM, CAD, etc.), their continuous development and interfaces to adjacent systems
  • Conducting regular reporting (financial and non-financial)
  • Project Management for CAFM / building related projects
  • Conceptual development of CAFM system including identifying needs, verbalizing and defining requirements and functionalities
  • Acting as key focal point for all CAFM related activities and develop and maintain processes, procedures and quality documents (guidelines, SOPs, manuals, etc.)  to ensure robust systems are in place with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Administration and maintenance of CAFM system
  • CAFM data management, e.g. entry of new data and data changes, maintenance (update) and quality controlling incl. conduction of necessary measures to ensure and improve data quality
  • Consulting of internal functions to ensure data quality delivered by 3rd parties (e.g. planners, service providers, etc.) complies with internal guidelines
  • Administrating Facility Management Service Portal (Helpdesk)  
Our client is looking for someone who is/has:
  • An apprenticeship as architectural draftsman, a Bachelor of Architecture or Engineering or a similar educational background
  • Several years of work experience within Real Estate, Facility Management or related Architectural Construction branch
  • Extensive experience in data management and in managing (building) projects
  • Profound skills in CAD and/or CAFM system (Speedikon or others), experience in implementing new CAFM system would be a plus
  • Ideally postgraduate training or courses in Facility Management, knowledge of BIM and Asset Management  would be an asset
  • Able to work independently and proactively in an international environment
  • Excellent communication skills and good IT understanding
  • Fluent in English and German, other languages would be an asset
