What does the role involve?
In this role you will have global impact in driving a product portfolio to achieve product market leadership. You are considered the business owner of your portfolio. You will evaluate the market to identify market potential always having the customers' needs in mind. You will work closely with local marketing organizations to define business opportunities and prioritize according to the global strategy. Also, you will monitor and evaluate competition within your portfolio. You will be instrumental in defining the product roadmap within your portfolio and the necessary develop business cases to support product development projects. You are the voice of and the voice to our market organization for the Business Unit and therewith ensure we achieve the Business Unit goals.
What you need is:
Technical degree with additional business education (MBA is a plus)
At least 5 years of professional marketing or sales experience in a B2B environment
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Hands-on personality, ability to inspire and motivate others
Fluent in English, other languages are beneficial
