Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the Company operations to increase the Company revenue, develop the Company efficiency and profitability.
Lead evolution of the Company delivery capabilities.
Proper management of the Company employees, skills, hardware, software and other resources to guarantee high quality services provided by the Company.
Prepare a rolling 12 monthly forecast every quarter to estimate the number of engineers and their skills required, hardware and software requirement for offshore and on-shore projects.
Use reasonable endeavors to promote the Company’s services, with the goal of opening new strategic accounts and maintaining existing customers.
Provide reasonable assistance to the Company and its Affiliates (as defined below) in preparing bids and proposals to prospective clients.
Provide reasonable assistance in structuring other relationships that are beneficial to the Company.
Periodically identify the market segments that the Company and its Affiliates should go after.
Keep the Board updated about the foregoing activities.
Consult the Board and the Company’s Affiliates in preparation of the Company’s and its Affiliates’ marketing materials as necessary.
Use reasonable endeavors to administer all Company client accounts, assist in collection and remittance of payments/advances/deposits, client satisfaction and follow up.
An excellent Master's Degree in a technical field (informatics, mathematics or physics) and a MBA from a respected university or business school
10+ years of experience in a managerial position at a company-wide or divisional level
5+ years of experience in leading big organizational units
Strong, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Strong track record in software development processes
Experience in growing businesses with a performance oriented and autonomous way of working (from strategic input up to execution)
Strong experience in Business Development
Highly motivated with strong enthusiasm for software development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with notable presence
Proven leadership track record and project and team management experience
Strong commercial acumen as well as market awareness and network
Availability to travel frequently to Russia, Serbia and other countries (40 – 60%)
Fluent in both English and Russian (oral and written)
EU/Schengen citizenship or another permit that allows you to work in Switzerland
