We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to work in a presales capacity alongside the sales team.
Solution Architect - Deal Architect
Our Solution Consultant team provides presales and solution design support for major ICT services opportunities spanning all offerings. Your role will be to design solutions that include multiple domains such as cloud services, hosted infrastructure, application services and end user computing.
You have a broad depth of experience across all the solutions that a large IT outsourcer offers, experience of leading teams, proven experience working with and influencing at director level, understand customer's business and commercial issues and the ability to demonstrate the benefits of a wide range of IT services to our clients. You work closely with the sales team to provide presales major deal support. You design and write solutions in response to RFP's. You work with customers to understand their business strategy and develop IT solutions. You lead and coach design teams.
More than 5 years of experience designing high value, complex, multi-domain solutions in response to RFP's
Presales experience is essential
Contract/Legal/ITIL experience preferable
Generalist knowledge of IT Services – in particular Manages Services solutions and infrastructure
Proposal writing and presentation skills (EN,DE)
Business and commercial attitude/mindset
Presenting to technical and business audiences the benefits and features of Service and Technical solutions
