About the department
As a key driver of Novo Nordisk’s future growth, and a geographical scope of 5 Regions covering 194 countries, Novo Nordisk International Operations (IO) has a dynamic environment that offers a world of opportunities.
The head office of Novo Nordisk IO Strategic Operations (IO-SO) based in Zurich is looking for a Project Manager for Patient Support to join the Commercial Affairs & Strategy department.
As Project Manager, you will advise management on Patient Support Programmes and drive implementation of competitive offerings across IO. You will ensure close collaboration between headquarter functions, IO-SO, regions and work in a cross-functional team. In addition, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions and opportunities for patient support that provides value to patients, caregivers and HCPs supporting them when using our products but also to offer value and relevance beyond the product that can help them with living more comfortable lives.
You will ensure successful implementation and roll-out of a global patient support programme solution in IO that is modular and can be scaled to different affiliate’s sizes and needs. You will be responsible for the development of local guidance and success measures as well as facilitating best-practice sharing across IO. Moreover you will develop and sustain collaboration and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders for patient support programmes and serve as point of contact for the global functions.
You will ensure a close collaboration with the Digital Health responsible and report directly to the CVP of Commercial Affairs and Strategy.
You hold a Master's degree or above within business administration, marketing, economics or similar combined with 4-5 years of relevant work experience within commercial functions.

• Experience from working in several geographies and from serving roles in several functional layers
• Proven record for successfully working on cross-functional project
• Proven record for successfully handling complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience in effectively and persuasively articulating complex issues to key decision makers
Finally, fluency in English is expected.
