Job Description Summary
The project leader “QC Innovation Projects” leads QC related innovation projects which support the growth, strategy and new investments at the site. He/she identifies initiates and executes major innovation projects with assigned teams. He/she’s direction setting in terms of QC process optimization. He/she prepares and proposes investments, which shall be approved by the QC site head and the site management and has the overall budget responsibility for these investments. He/she acts as an interface to Operations, QA global QC and the local QC line management.
Key accountabilities and duties:
* Identifies business cases, prepares investment requests (CAR) and leads project execution for major QC related change & innovation project. * Actively selects appropriate team members capable to contribute to the project goals and acting as change agents in the organization. * Directs and motivates multi-disciplinary project teams and hold team members accountable to deliver results within an agreed project governance structure to achieve the project goals. * Actively leads changes to the organization for both, people and technical aspects. * Overall responsible for the project budget * Is member of the QC-Leadership team; monitors effectiveness of implementation and reports back to head of QC and project lead of the site transformation project and to the site leadership team. * Creates and fosters processes that encourage productivity, increase employee commitment and ensure that project goals are met in an effective manner
