For the Geospatial Solutions Division within our R&D we are looking for a
Firmware & Hardware Development Engineer (f/m)
Your main tasks include:
design and implementation of complex FPGA designs in VHDL
Firmware for embedded DSP's or Controllers in C
hands-on debugging and testing during development project
define the system architecture with the other team members
Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronic Engineering
Multiple years (5+) of professional experience in firmware and FGPA design
Experience with high speed interfaces, such as PCIe, SATA, USB 3.0
Experience with Matlab
Experience with Xilinx Vivado Design Suite desirable
Experience with understanding schematic and PCB design
Experience with image sensors such as CCD or CMOS and LiDAR technology
willingness to continuously improve in professional and personal skills
interested to work in a small team and to cooperate with other R&D groups
speak and write fluently in English and German
