Audit Assistant Manager - Commodity trading
What you can expect from us.
You carry out audits in the industrial sector mainly focused on commodity trading.
You assess business processes and you bring in your expertise in accounting standards, especially in IFRS.
You carry out special audits and other projects like business development.
You will lead in designing and supervising the implementation of the audit approach and draw up reports and recommendations.
You will advise clients on financial reporting and regulatory developments and keep up to date with regulatory changes by attending internal and external seminars.
You will join a highly motivated, diversified team in a rapidly developing sector.
You develop your technical know-how and your soft skills on-the-job as well through training.
What we expect from you.
You have 4 – 5 years' demonstrable experience in a similar role at a Big 4 or an International Second Tier firm. Furthermore you are technically strong with working knowledge in IFRS.
You are on the way to complete CA / CPA qualification or an equivalent in Switzerland accredited diploma.
You have experience in being part of a multi-location audit and are very effective in your day to day management of your tasks.
You have an ability to demonstrate an understanding of commercial issues facing businesses in this industry including the management and delegation to junior staff.
Moreover you have excellent verbal and written English & Russian communications skills, which includes the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
You have a positive "can do" attitude to challenges and the agility to multitask effectively across competing priorities.
You share your expertise and experience actively by teaching, coaching or mentoring others.
