Teamleader Customer Care (m/f) 100%
- Organization of the team structure such as workload, absence management and trouble shooting
- Talent management of the customer care team
- Transfer strategic objectives into implementation
- Implement & train guidelines and processes
- Support activities to enable and empower customer service as well as service centers worldwide to increase their self-sufficiency
- Trigger knowledge management to support new tools
- Train internal customer service departments
- Responsible for KPI definition & reporting
- Leads and / or supports projects
- Coordination with internal departments
- Takes part in daily business max. 20%
- Commercial education, further education in export and team leadership
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in export and team leadership
- Experience in change management and process reliability
- Customer care skills, networked and structured thinking
- Strong personality, who can motivate and lead the Team
- Good language skills of English and German, other languages are an advantage
