Teamleader Customer Care (m/f) 100%

  • Organization of the team structure such as workload, absence management and trouble shooting
  • Talent management of the customer care team
  • Transfer strategic objectives into implementation
  • Implement & train guidelines and processes
  • Support activities to enable and empower customer service as well as service centers worldwide to increase their self-sufficiency
  • Trigger knowledge management to support new tools
  • Train internal customer service departments
  • Responsible for KPI definition & reporting
  • Leads and / or supports projects
  • Coordination with internal departments
  • Takes part in daily business max. 20%
  • Commercial education, further education in export and team leadership
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in export and team leadership
  • Experience in change management and process reliability
  • Customer care skills, networked and structured thinking
  • Strong personality, who can motivate and lead the Team
  • Good language skills of English and German, other languages are an advantage
