The Role: The suitable candidate will be core staff member and offered an exciting opportunity in a multi-cultural and dynamic work environment, with a set of distinct responsibilities based on personal strengths. S/he will be working in collaboration with the program management unit. The key focus of this position lies in the areas of administration and student experience.
Key Responsibilities: The jobholder is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative work for the SIM-HSG. S/he is responsible for daily program and office administration including cost accounting, organizing meetings and events, processing correspondence and coordinating itineraries. S/he contributes to a world-class and seamless international student experience.
