Issuing and managing of client-specific employment agreements, amendments, change notifications, termination or settlement agreements, Letter of Intents etc., for all global Sonova Group Companies
Provide counsel for maintaining the quality of contracts for the target group
Exam the viability of existing contracts and make the necessary recommendations for revision as best indicated for efficiency and productivity metrics
Efficiently liaising with outside counsel, legal departments and foreign counsel as required by situation
Bachelor or University of Law or Paralegal and further education in HR or Group Compensation specific education
At least 2 years working experience in contract management or experience in a similar, international/global position
Strong analytical and excellent management as well as interpersonal skills
Individual contributor and team player demonstrating a high level of accuracy and ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines
Good communication skills in German and English (fluent in written and spoken)
Excellent level of MS Office literacy
