Introduce and learn modern technology and techniques to ensure state of the art training
Provide guidance and training on improved training methods
Support the team in planning, organization and implementation
Support our local trainers in headquarters and group companies
Recognized tertiary education with specific training and know-how on learning in general and eLearning in particular
Experience in providing eLearning in a B2B environment, ideally in hearing device or medical industry
Excellent communicator with very good presentation skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a virtual audience
Stress-resistant, fast-learning and flexible as well as solution-oriented
Highly self-motivated, organized and pro-active team player
Familiar with accepted eLearning platforms (e.g. Moodle, Adobe Connect, etc.) and authoring tools (Articulate 360, etc.)
Passionate about user experience, interactions and visuals design
Excellent English skills, other languages are a plus
