HR Business Partner (f/m)

Then our position as HR Business Partner (f/m) at our production site in Sisseln might be the right next step for you. In this challenging role, you will be providing high quality guidance, support and solutions for your stakeholders, thus helping the Business to reach its objectives.
DSM Nutritional Products (DNP) in Sisseln is one of the biggest production sites of DSM. Due to its size with two production departments (Vitamins, Food & Pharma) and the level of expertise required, this site is a complex organization with lots of interesting challenges.
Coach, support, mentor and challenge Line Managers in development of their leadership skills and in the application of HR policies and practices
Develop and deploy tailor made solutions to Line Management on HR issues in collaboration with the HR Service Centre and our Centres of expertise
Provide guidance with the use of HR processes and DNP tools to support people decisions – such as performance management, career development, reward policies and programs
Drive and support the development and the delivery of cultural change plans and interventions in partnership with all stakeholders
Participate in HR working groups and projects
Manage complex administrative procedures within a continuously changing environment
Develop, implement and improve work processes
Monitor and track a variety of HR Data (Master data, contract data) throughout different tools and processes
Minimum Bachelor degree and/or diploma in HR Management
At least 5 years’experience as HR Business Partner a multinational environment
Further education or in-depth training in either or several of the following areas would be highly advantageous: social insurance, tax legislation, Swiss labour law, coaching, project management
Experience in successfully leading cross-functional project teams and deliver change in the workplace
Excellent communication skills on all hierarchy levels. Diplomacy and tact
Pro-active team player who remains calm under pressure
Fluent in German and English
