This is truly one of its kind entry position in an entrepreneurial and disruptive consulting company. You will benefit from learning a lot about the consulting business, developing and maintaining close client relationships with Fortune 500 companies in the life sciences industry, as well as actively being part of sales strategies discussions and their executions.
As a Key Account Administrator, you will influence the success of our growth by coordinating the efforts of our business development team. The position requires someone who is smart, highly proactive and enjoys dealing with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
What you will do in this role:
Analyse the client databases together with the business development team and make pro-active suggestions for the outreach
Track the contact with clients and suggest next steps, schedule meetings/calls, including drafting emails and calling clients
Prepare meeting materials such as standard Powerpoint presentations, as well as provide follow-up documentation after the meetings
Support the entire sales process from the inception until the contract is signed as well as logging of all events and details in Salesforce and other
Support the business development team in their day-to-day activities, i.e. booking travel, expenses, etc.
Contribute to and actively participate in key account strategy meetings
Ideal candidate and requirements:
You have a Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent education
You have made ideally first experience assisting multiple stakeholders within a services sales environment
You are able to quickly build trusted working relationships with a variety of people and personalities
You are comfortable reaching out to clients to arrange meetings and have the persistence to pushback if challenged
You are passionate, proactive, and have a thirst for excellence and results
You thrive in a fast paced, dynamic working environment and are able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
You have excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
You are proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
You are fluent in written and spoken English, preferably with a good understanding of German
