Project Lead People Analytics & Planning
In line with the Group strategy and O&HR vision and priorities, the main purpose of this role is to establish "people analytics" as a function by establishing KPIs for both HR and HC (Human Capital) as well as developing a common HR language across countries, functions and the entire organization. This role will work closely with HRIS team to design appropriate systems infrastructure required.
Interview internal stakeholders to understand what LafargeHolcim as an organization needs in terms of HR and HC indicators and KPIs
Interview external companies to understand what best practise currently looks like and get other insights to be able to build high class and comprehensive People Analytics within LafargeHolcim which aims at supporting the overall strategy of the Group
Define and get the approval by top management on which HR and HC KPIs LafargeHolcim Group should follow
Investigate, propose and implement appropriate IT infrastructure to support the online management of LH People Analytics KPIs and other relevenat indicators which will be followed
Build a common HR and HC language for the Group (standardization of terminology and metrics), to be published as a"LHARP for HR" and rolled out both to countries, functions and the overall organization
Implement, roll out and design required communication to launch the two tools (KPIs and LHARP for HR
Coordinate with global colleagues and share best practices in people analytics and workforce planning.
Monitoring internal and external trends and best practices; benchmarking best practices in and outside of the industry.
Present to and update the HR Leadership Team of the progress made
Maintain expenses within the project budget allocated.
Your profile Education/Qualifications
University degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
At least five years of progressively responsible, post baccalaureate experience as a business analyst with experience in utilizing analytics to improve business outcomes (business intelligence, data mining, etc.).
Project management skills
Experience in HR-related roles (e.g., workforce planning, talent acquisition, recruitment, HR data analytics, HR consulting, change management) a plus.
Knowledge & Skills Technical / functional skills:
Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, statistical analysis, and trends
Savvy in the use of information systems and databases
Experience with Excel, Qlikview, Tableau or other BI tools
Experience in HRIS a plus
Strong project management skills
