As the International Retail Manager, you will manage and drive the implementation of all activities to ensure the opening of the Nespresso Boutiques. You will manage the maintenance of the Boutiques and the planning of refurbishment strategy for the next coming years.

Key responsibilities
 

  • Direct architectural survey and technical analysis of site before internal validation

  • Brief architects, develop layout in coordination with market input, finalize plan production while ensuring brand consistency with design guidebook

  • Supervise the bidding process and business allocation

  • Coordinate all activities between design agencies, local architect and suppliers to ensure the respect of timing, budget, safety and quality standards

  • Ensure hand-over of responsibilities at the end of project

  • Present the project approved by HQ to the markets and provide input in market retail strategy
 
Education and experience
 

  • University Degree in Architecture/Economics/Engineering

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a senior position at international level (upscale retail)

  • Project management expertise with proven track records of successful negotiations

  • Technical skills (HVAC, Electricity, construction, ...)

  • Experience in supplier management, process development and KPI management a plus

  • Fluency in English, any other European language is an asset

  • Flexibility to travel (approx. 30% of time)
