Full life cycle Management
Drive Infrastructure & Workplace standardization across the entire Group
Long term development of the function according to the RUAG Business strategy
Master degree in information technology or comparable education
Several years of experience with leading large IT organizations and transformation processes, ideally gained in an international company in the engineering industry
Relevant experience with ICT technologies (e.g. Microsoft) as well as with new technological trends such as Cloud, PaaS, SaaS, IoT, etc.
Fast thinker, high degree of autonomy combined with persistence
Pragmatic and performance orientated personality seeking for responsibility
Sound networking and communication abilities to interact successfully with international teams working at different locations
Fluent in English and ideally German
