In this position you will be accountable that the unit goals are being met, with particular focus on Partner and Relationship Management

Duties and responsibilities:
      • Initial support/consulting of the internal customers of Finance and HR area regards to the appropriate definition and coordination of requirements resulting in project requests
      • User-focused communication of IT capabilities and opportunities for re-use of existing functionalities in the IT systems/platforms
      • Analysis of functional and non-functional requirements on Finance and HR area and execution of feasibilities/proof of concepts for approved projects in close cooperation with requesting units, development and operations teams within Sunrise

Qualifications:
  • Relevant university degree, ideally in Information Technology/Engineering and/or Business Administration or equivalent
  • Cumulative at least 7 years working experience and proven track record of IT project and program management within FC and HR domain
  • Deep knowledge in Finance processes like Accounting (including Asset Accounting), Controlling, Finance operation and Reporting
  • Knowledge of HR processes like Organization Management, Time management, Payroll and Compensation & Benefits
  • SAP knowledge in Finance, Logistics and HR
  • Experience with IFRS15 regulations is a strong plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
