Country Sales Manager
The Country Sales Manager will have full responsibility for the sales activity in Switzerland. He will report to the Head of International Business based in France. Responsabilities will include : - Definition of marketing and commercial strategy for the Swiss market - Management and development of sales activities in some other additional countries with currently smaller levels of business - Negociation and daily monitoring of key retailers and distributors/agents - P&L management - Regular interaction and project management with marketing and R&D Profil:
Position would be ideally based in France or in Germany or depending on location office-based. There is no people management in this position, We are looking for a very hands-on sales professional with potential to grow.
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in sales and key account management with a good knowledge of the Swiss retail and market
- Master's degree in business or equivalent
- German fluent - English fluent - French is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel (50%)
