Manage internal Salesforce release cycle, incorporating business requirements from our group companies across the globe
Develop, promote and maintain a global online-CRM training portal
Handle CRM business related requests from group companies and business stakeholders
Generate insights for management and key stakeholders through CRM KPI reporting
Support Salesforce rollouts from project management to training of key users
Coordinate the organization of regional and global CRM workshops
Support strategic CRM projects in digital transformation (e.g. Integration of systems, Customer Service improvements, connection of online and offline customer touchpoints)
Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or similar
Project Management Experience in an international, multi-functional and data environment
Advanced MS-Office skills (especially Excel, Power Point); experience with CRM tool and CRM data analytics is a plus
Motivated team player with a positive attitude, fast perception and a customer-oriented approach
High degree of personal responsibility and strong communication skills with all hierarchical levels
Independent, pro-active workstyle with a cross-functional mindset and able to understand complex processes and apply business rationale to them
Fluent written and spoken in English and German
