Compliance Advisory Group Leader

Your duties
Evaluating training needs, as well as developing and implementing monitoring and screening programmes
Identifying areas of improvement and recommending actions with the relevant Chief Officer
Evaluating and supporting the effectiveness of controls and adherence to the compliance programme
Reviewing current policies and procedures within FIFA for alignment, consolidation and harmonisation with division needs
Supporting the Chief Compliance Officer with activities and tasks as assigned
Our requirements
Minimum of eight years' professional experience in compliance or a related field (audit, finance or legal)
Experience in various types of audits, including forensic, along with providing advice on how to manage and mitigate identified deficiencies and in managing external suppliers to ensure optimum cost/product ratios
Fluent in English and German (oral and written), good knowledge of at least one other FIFA language (French or Spanish)
Strong people management skills, ability to set priorities and follow-up to ensure deadlines are met
Ability to work with speed, efficiency and attention to detail in a rapidly changing environment
