To strengthen and support our international trust team in the heart of Zurich, we are looking for someone with a dedicated, initiative and experienced personality in between 25 and 30 years old as an Assistant Trust Officer.
Assistant Trust Officer100% (f/m)
Assist in the administration and management of several structures (including Trusts, Investment Companies, Foundations, Private Trust Companies, etc.), for internationally oriented clients and enterprise groups
Support Trust Officers and Partners by maintaining procedures and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Draft Resolutions, Minutes, Meeting notes and any supporting documentation as required
Work directly with banks, accountants and other related parties to ensure proper administration of the structures
Independent completion of the administrative work related to the above-mentioned tasks
Taking care of general office administration and correspondence
General support to the team Fiduciary Services International and suppont in ad hoc projects
Completed commercial apprenticeship and experience in international trust business
STEP Diploma or willingness for STEP Course
Fluency in German and English. Any other European language is an asset
High independence, ability to get things done and exact approach to work
