About the department
The position sits with the Global Marketing & Medical Affairs organisation in Biopharm in the Zürich office and reports to the Senior Global Marketing Director Norditropin® and Vagifem®.

The position
As a Global Marketing Coordinator, one of your key responsibilities will be to provide administrative support to the Senior Global Marketing Director Norditropin® and Vagifem® and secure administrative coordination across the marketing team as well as additional support where required in the Biopharm CVP area. The support includes calendar management, travel and logistics management, budget management, intranet and product portal updates as well as project management.
The Global Marketing Coordinator will be part of the overall CVP area coordinator group. Together with the co-ordinator group you will ensure a strong collaboration, sharing better practice, cascading relevant information and giving guidance as needed.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring standards of quality are met with the team and collaborating with the CVP assistant for audit team preparation and overall team quality control. This individual will be expected to be very proactive with a strong desire to learn the business and processes in order to be highly effective. A strong sense of autonomy and ability to see the “bigger” picture will be critical to be a highly contributing member of the team.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of team assistant experience (or similar) in a fast-pace, multinational environment
  • Fluent in English, any other European language (especially German) is an advantage
  • Excellent command of the MS Office palette
  • proactive, focused, reliable, and highly service oriented
  • good communication skills
  • open personality and pay attention to detail
  • confident to prioritise your work and keeping oversight while addressing various duties simultaneously
