What does the role involve?
In your role you will define, enable and support overarching process improvement, not only focussing on quality. As a senior quality and process manager you will set up and maintain a competence development programme including lessons learned and continuous improvement for the Business Unit. Furthermore, you will advance defined areas of both the quality management system and the process landscape of the Business Unit, and case wise even beyond. If the situation requires, you will also support in supplier auditing and release, complaint management, related market communication and sustainable problem solving.
What you need is:
Master degree within a technical area, ideally combined with a postgraduate management education
5-8 years working experience in the applications of methods and tools of process, quality and supplier management.
Strong leadership capability and business acumen with an international dimension
Excellent communication and presentation
English is a must, German language skills are considered an advantage
International flexibility and willingness to travel (20%)
