Value Chain Transformation Tax Manager
What you can expect from us.
You will perform, manage and coordinate multi-country value chain transformation and transfer pricing projects and assist multinational companies in the design and implementation of new operating models, focusing on the tax and operational aspects of business restructuring across multiple territories.
You are responsible to drive the proposal process and participate in projects related to supply-chain restructuring.
You advise our clients across a wide range of industry segments, e.g. Chemicals, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical how the US and international consequences impact their industries.
You will identify client needs and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
You will collaborate with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts in Switzerland and abroad and be able to integrate tax inputs from multiple jurisdictions.
You will succeed on challenging and diverse assignments and projects by leveraging your know-how and experience.
What we expect from you.
You hold a Masters degree in accounting, economics or business.
You have a minimum of 5 years work experience in a Consulting Firm including experience of working on U.S. accounts.
You have proven experience in the performance, management and coordination of multi-country value chain transformation projects.
You have good experience of international transfer pricing rules, as well as US Corporate Income taxes, with particular focus on international restructuring for US based companies with international operations.
You have very good English skills, German is an advantage.
You have good networking skills and you are able to integrate tax inputs from multiple jurisdictions.
