Executive Assistant & HR (Make it nice)

Place of work: FELFEL in der Binz (Zürich);
Start: As soon as possible
Your responsibility lies within office management, HR and assisting the CEO. You will be sitting up close and personal with the CEO and CFO.
Administrative tasks: all around correspondence in both English and German, answering telephone, managing calendars
Office management: responsible for everything in and around the office and ‘MAKING IT NICE’, for the kitchen teams, for the well-being of the team, office material orders and managing the cleaning team
Human Resources: helping hiring committee in hiring lots of new FELFELians, posting jobs, organizing calendar, smooth onboarding, set up and manage 360 degree review process, responsible to answer HR related questions from employees independently
Accounting: expensing for CEO, payroll accounting, filing of documents
Executive assistant: being a step ahead of the CEO to make it nice for him as his right hand, thinking beyond your job description
Who you are:
You love food
Friendly, out-going, solution-oriented personality, who is willing to take on any task with a smile
Good verbal and written communication skills in both GERMAN and ENGLISH!
Flexibility: we are a small team and we pride ourselves on being fast, responsibilities might change over time and you need to be willing to also help out in other teams every now and then
Have an eye to making things more efficient
Attitude: ‘The Answer is Yes’
A ‘hands on doer’ versus ‘big talker’
Entrepreneurial experience is a plus
1-5 years experience
