You will be the proactive link between the construction manager, project manager, our suppliers and general contractors, working as a
Construction Coordinator 50% (f/m)
- In this key position you will be responsible for the following main tasks:
Providing construction support to ensure renovations and new stores are completed to the Starbucks standard specifications
Monitoring supplier performance during construction build-out phase with project manager
Developing and managing budgets for small to medium scale projects consistent with timeline requirements for new store developments and renovation projects
Support as a key link between project manager and Internal / External Partners
Creating and maintaining project files
Compilîng store reconciliation documents for project managers and maintaining and reconciles asset registers for each project
Coordination with our internal and external departements to resolve problems like shipping issues, defective and damaged goods, etc.
Collecting vendor quotations, processing purchase orders, reconciling invoices
Undertaking of additional ad hoc projects
- For this role you will have to combine the following skills and experiences:
Diploma as draughtsman specialised in building construction or simillar education
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (competent in Microsoft Excel & Outlook)
Knowledge of Oracle or similar online ordering system
Ability to read architectural drawings (CAD) and knowledge of the construction processes
Organization and time management skills
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and databases, including data input, file management and report generation
Knowledge of procurement in a retail environment
Willingness to travel
Fluent in German and English French is a plus
