Instructor for Air Traffic Controller Officer Initial Training

YOUR TASK
Conducts ATCO Training events for internal and external customer and takes responsibility for the preparation and correct conduct of his subjects
Manages and organizes the relevant training content according to current training plans, pedagogic principles (Training vision), and national and international rules and regulations
Takes responsibility for the development and design of Training Content in his field of competence or specialisation (Subject Matter Expert), taking into account the current Training Plans (ITP), national and international rules and regulations, the methodical and pedagogical skyguide training center guidelines (Training vision), and as well internal and external customer requests
Conducts theoretical training events in his field of competence according to the training event plan
Conducts practical training events in the simulator for ATCO basic and rating training, customer training and special training courses (e.g. BFC)
Acts as an examiner in practical (simulation) assessment/examinations according to the current AEPR
YOUR PROFILE
A minimum of 5 years current experience as operational ATCO in a high demanding unit - holding more than one rating is an asset, preferably tower/approach
Proven experience as classroom and simulation instructor with knowledge of methodical and didactical principles as well as training design and curricula writing
Technical Education highly appreciated
Ability to work independently and self-responsible, yet with a good understanding for teamwork 
Open and creative personality with natural authority, strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility who takes pleasure in teaching and transferring knowledge
Good command - both written and verbal - in English (lessons are in English), German and French would be an asset
