You will define a clear procurement roadmap, create transparency across third-party spend, and proactively identify opportunities for optimisation, efficiency, and value creation. As part of this journey, you will drive change management and position Procurement as a trusted and value-adding function across the business.
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
You will take the lead on key sourcing initiatives, driving end-to-end procurement processes from strategy definition to contract finalisation. This includes shaping category strategies, identifying consolidation opportunities, and leading supplier negotiations to deliver the best value across pricing, quality, and risk. You will establish strong, transparent relationships with key suppliers, implement performance management frameworks, and ensure sustainability requirements are embedded into all sourcing activities.
Stakeholder management & Innovation
You will act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, working closely with budget owners and department leads to align procurement strategies with business needs. Through strong collaboration and data-driven insights, you will optimise spend and enhance decision-making. You will track and communicate procurement performance, ensuring clear visibility on KPIs, savings, and broader value contributions, while maintaining close alignment with Global Procurement and contributing to cross-regional initiatives.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- 4-5+ years’ experience in indirect procurement (e.g. logistics, warehousing, fleet/travel, events, media, marketing or business services) with a strong track record in strategic sourcing and contract negotiations.
- Strong analytical and data skills, confident with Excel, ERP and BI tools (e.g. SAP, dashboards) and used to working with KPIs and reports.
