Qualitätstechniker Instrumentation & -Controls (I&C) (m/f/d)

Since 1844, its passionate, customer-oriented and solution-driven workforce has set the benchmark in the gas compression industry. You are responsible for the autonomous handling of Quality Assurance tasks on electric components for our compressor units.

You're going to take a key role:

• Specialist- and competence center for any Quality Assurance topics within instrumentation and controls (I&C) area
• Sales support, specification review and creation of I&C tender inspection and test plans
• Creation of project specific inspection and test plans based on customer specifications
• Review and release of quality certificates within SAP
• Performing quality inspections within vendors mainly in Europe as aligned with our Project Management
• Finalization of I&C Quality Documentations
• Contact person for any audits within I&C areas

Your knowledge, experience and skills

• Certified professional within the electrical area or similar education
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance
• Bachelor or master's degree as Electrical engineer or equivalent
• Knowledge of the European Norms e.g. IEC, EN, ATEX. Other country specific regulations like UL, NEMA are beneficial
• Knowledge of EN ISO 9001 structure is a benefit
• solid PC skills (Word, Excel)  SAP would be an advantage
• Expect travel activity within Europe (10-20%)
• Excellent command of English and German, any other language would be an advantage
