HR Specialist EMEA

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist for EMEA region is responsible for providing overall administrative support for EMEA Region. This position reports to HR Manager EMEA and will interact with all levels of staff in performing their duties and assignments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

EMEA Employees' life cycle:

  • Responsible for the full administrative life cycle of EMEA employees
  • In charge of the administrative onboarding for EMEA new employees (Company's presentation, drafting employment agreements, introduction to staff members)
  • Along with Payroll and IT departments, managing the new hire process (set up ofIT accounts, travel advances, gathering new employees' personal documents)
  • Taking care of new employees' registration to social insurances
  • Establish Addendums, work certificates and reference letters for EMEA employees
  • Along with HR Manager EMEA, managing and supporting termination process (exit interviews, acknowledgment letters, inform local employees)
  • Along with Administrative Assistant and HR Manager EMEA, responsible for time management

Administrative Tasks:

  • Update monthly and quarterly HR Metrics
  • Assist HR Manager EMEA in creating and drafting HR procedures
  • Support HR Manager EMEA on labor law topics

Training:

  • Organization of Light Product Trainings for EMEA support functions
  • Support HR Director in the organization of leadership trainings
  • Support HR Manager in training and onboard new HR members

Projects:

  • Give support from time to time on various HR Projects

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR administration for an international company
  • Must be fluent in English and French, any other European language (German, Italian, Spanish...) is a strong asset
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Well-organized - ability to manage multiple projects and commitments, flexible, meticulous, able to handle sensitive information,
  • Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast growing environment
  • Must be a self-starter; a "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenges and is dedicated to work independently

Education:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration/ HR or administrative degree (CFC, maturité) with a solid experience in HR
