Sales Manager (f/m)

Role + Responsibilities

  • Lead the Area Sales organization including the leadership of six people for Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions standard offering including Netilion IIoT 
  • Define effective industry and application sales initiatives and product launches in alignment with Endress+Hauser sales centers strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities as well as clear strategies to convert them 
  • Coordinate the information flow around area sales activities forecasts, analysis, and market intelligence 
  • Manage the operative pricing to optimize topline and bottom line
  • Ensure training and knowledge transfer related to the offering, including how to sell digital towards the Endress+Hauser sales centers

Qualification + Profile

  • Experience in leading a team and shaping a successful sales organization
  • Several years of account management, business development, or sales experience
  • University degree in economics or similar education
  • Experience in process automation technologies and system solutions
  • Ability to build relationships and networks
  • Very good knowledge of the English and German language
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and result orientation
