1032)LocationBaselFunction/Position objectivesAs part of our system controller team you will monitor, operate, manage

and troubleshoot the systems and applications running on-premise in our data center and ensure, that the IT services

are available to all end users globally.Responsibilities

- Manage and execute the scheduled operational processes and procedures

- Monitor the system consoles and the technical infrastructure of the data center

- Analyze and document issues arising from operational tasks or monitoring and initiate the necessary action

- Manage and solve issues trough routine troubleshooting

- Proactively looking for elements and alerts that can hamper the quality of the IT services

- Maintain the operational processes and procedures and their documentation


- Professional qualification as data center system controller with at least 2 years of experience

- Readyness to work in shifts (5 x 24h) and on-call service on weekends

- Ability to work independently

- Reliable acting with a sense of order, weighting problems and set priorities

- Fluent in German and English

- Good interpersonal skills and a real teamplayer

- Residence in Switzerland
