Recruitment based on success
We offer the employer a complete recruitment and employee selection service. We take the place of the employer in filling vacant posts with the right candidate based on a criterion of success. Our long experience and expert knowledge of the labour market ensures that you will only meet suitable candidates.
Our services are free until such time as a contract is concluded between the employer and one of our suggested candidates. If a contract is successfully agreed upon, we settle our fees with the employer. We give a guarantee of 2 months after the new employee begins work.
Recruitment based on commission basis (mandate)
In close cooperation with the employer, we develop a requirements and job profile based on a brief, hold interviews, collect reference information, draw up a short-list and present the best-suited candidates, with full personal dossier, to the employer. We assume responsibility for the texts, formatting and placing of job advertisements within the framework of a pre-established advertising budget agreed to by the employer. Naturally, we discuss proposed advertising and media with the employer.
With our knowledge of the market and network of contacts with potential candidates, we can also become active in this domain. Using a requirements profile of the future employee, we search in the relevant markets and provide contact with potential candidates.
