The HR Business Partner is responsible for the strategic and operational human resource services that supports one or several Organizational Units at the company site and achievements of the goals and objectives of the business. In addition, supporting functional needs for leadership, coaching and employee development, advice and consultation on HR matters, staffing, benefits and compensations are also belonging to the sphere of responsibility. Moreover, the HR Business Partner serve as primary point of contact to functional management.

The suitable candidate shows 7+ years of experience within a global organization, preferably in Switzerland. During these years you could improve your practical knowledge as HR Business Partner.
