YOUR TEAM AND YOUR ENVIRONMENT
Within a dynamic team of 10 people, you will support your 140 colleagues based in Zurich and Geneva on Compliance aspects, in a multicultural environment. You are a Senior Compliance Officer and ensure that the Swiss regulatory and internal requirements are implemented and adhered to, especially in relation to AFC, FinSA/MiFID and Products Compliance matters.
THE SKILLS YOU WILL DEVELOP
Anti-Financial Crime (AFC)
- Ensure adherence to Swiss AML/CFT regulations, Sanctions and CDB regulations during the entire client life cycle (onboarding, transaction monitoring, periodic reviews)
- Review and development of the framework / policies
- Monitoring activities as per control plan
FinSA/MiFID
- Review and enhancement of the framework, incl. policies and control framework
- Implementation of best practices
- Advisory on client suitability / investor protection matters
- Development of controls and KRIs
Products
- Review and enhance the Compliance framework related to products and services offered to clients
- Development of policies together the Client Solutions team
- Development of the control framework and reporting
- Compliance products advisory
- Review of products documentation
Others
- Contact person for internal and external audit
- Periodic reporting to Head Compliance and local management
- Staff training
YOUR REMUNERATION
We offer you a remuneration package tailored to your profile and skills. This remuneration is based on a fixed salary, a discretionary bonus that is subject to individual arbitration at the end of each year and the possibility of becoming a shareholder.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Solid experience and good understanding of Compliance matters in Private Wealth Management, Asset Management and/or Investment Banking with an international Bank
- Good understanding of Wealth Management products and related Compliance risks
- Strong knowledge of Swiss regulations and best market practices
- Experience in implementing and monitoring the FinSA / MiFID framework
- Very good interpersonal skills and team player
- Independent and decision maker
- Very good analytic and conceptual skills
- Good languages skills (English, German and French)
