Senior Treasury Analyst (80–100%)
As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will play an important role in our global treasury operations while contributing to the further development of the group’s Treasury functions. The current Treasury team consists out of two FTEs, whereby you will report to the Treasury manager. A key focus of the role will be reporting activities towards management while also providing hands-on support in day-to-day activities such as cash management and advisory.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse group liquidity reports in order to provide management with actionable insights.
- Oversee all aspects of daily cash management including monitoring and managing cash positions across various entities within the group.
- Identify, assess, and manage FX and credit risk exposures.
- Manage and maintain compliance for outstanding obligations related to both intercompany and external loans, while keeping an accurate and up to date loan database.
- Ensuring that the Treasury Management System is fully operational, up-to-date, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure up to date operational procedures and internal policies.
- Contribute to the overall performance of the Treasury team by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues across various activities.
- Work closely with teams such as Accounting and Legal & Compliance, and with teams responsible for Direct Investments, Private Equity, and Wealth Investments.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in a family office, financial institution or corporate treasury environment.
- Strong interest in treasury technology, automation, and data analytics tools (experience with Treasury Management Systems or ERP modules is a plus).
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a hands-on and solution-driven approach.
- Proactive and collaborative personality with a can-do attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English; Dutch and German is an advantage.
