Global Product & Marketing Manager Oedema m/f/d (80-100%, temporary)

Reporting to the Global Director Product & Marketing (Oedema), you will provide temporary operational and project support to the Global Oedema team until summer 2027. Your focus will be on supporting the Global Product Managers and the Marketing & Communications Manager to ensure continuity of key products, launch, marketing and communication activities.
Your responsibilities:
- Support Global Product Managers with product lifecycle, portfolio and launch activities, including preparation, coordination, follow-up and documentation
- Collect and consolidate market, customer, competitor, sales and product information to support analyses and decision-making
- Coordinate inputs, timelines, deliverables and follow-ups with local markets and cross-functional stakeholders such as R&D, Regulatory, Medical, Operations, Sales and Finance
- Support global product launches and implementation activities, including timelines, tools, market readiness and local-market communication
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Marketing & Communications Manager in coordinating and executing global Oedema campaigns and communication activities
- Create, adapt and coordinate marketing and communication materials, presentations, training and education materials and digital content, including ad-hoc requests
- Coordinate external agencies and support websites, social media and other communication tools where required
- Take ownership of defined work packages and smaller projects, including meeting preparation, project documentation, action tracking, recommendations and transparent status reporting; work independently within agreed priorities and escalate issues when needed
Your qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in product management, marketing operations, administrative project support or project management; experience in an international environment preferred
- Education in business administration, marketing, health care, life sciences or a comparable field
- Experience and a strong track record in managing a product portfolio in an international set-up
- Strong business acumen combined with medical affinity; experience in the medical device industry is a plus
- Knowledge of phlebology or the oedema market is a plus, as is the ability to read and integrate highlights from clinical studies
- Excellent organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, show initiative and remain resilient
- Strong analytical skills, networked and strategic thinking, a results-driven mindset with focus on financial performance metrics, and a high sense of responsibility, integrity and loyalty
- A collaborative and convincing personality with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse markets and stakeholders; fluent written and spoken English, German a plus
