Promote Sunrise's Unlimited Mobile Workplace strategy at existing customer base and prospects
Analyze customer's needs and detect sales opportunities
Consulting at customers on how to integrate Unlimited Mobile Workplace strategy in their IT and UCC environment
Orchestrate virtual account team to design and build-up a tailored solution for the customer/prospect
Write technical offer documentation and maintain Network Design Summaries
Work closely with the Account Managers and present the solutions to business customers/prospects
Coordinate and manage technical tasks within sunrise, as well as with external partners if required.
Telecom engineer degree (ETS/EPF) or multi-year experience in a similar job in an IT or telecommunications company.
Experience in solution consulting and engineering, mainly in the following fields:
IT: Skype for Business/Microsoft Teams, Cloud services such as Office365, Mobile Device - Management solutions/EMM Solutions
Integration of Applications for communication services
Communication services and collaboration solutions (VoIP, UCC)
Mobility Solutions (Mobile/WLAN)
Strong Sales orientation, experienced in presenting offers and closing contracts at business customers
Strong analytic and strategic thinking, with ability to analyze and document complex technical and operational issues
Goal-oriented, communicative person, able to work autonomously
Solid social manners, enthusiastic, flexible person and team-player with the ability to integrate in a dynamic team
Enthusiastic about Digitalization and Work Smart
Fluency in French and English, German would be an advantage
