The main goal of the medical sales representative is to achieve agreed sales, productivity targets within the east part of Switzerland for medical practitioners in hospitals and office based setting.
Interim Medical Sales Representative East Switzerland (m/f)
Our client is a global phartmaceutical organization headqurtered in Basel.
Meet or exceed sales targets (market share/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.
Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through face-to-face and meetings and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget.
Ensure outstanding personal and extended field team product knowledge, and understanding of Group's priorities, technical/ scientific information, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programs; continuous contribution in building and implementing key action plans for hospitals.
Effective administration of territory business including, maintenance of high quality record systems, daily communication with administrative systems and timely processing of territory business expenses (AV and personal).
Effective communication with territory colleagues, cross-functional brand team members and other relevant teams e.g. Market Access, KAMs, Medical, in order to understand, maximize and drive territory performance.
Responsible for arranging the client appointments to reach the defined activity targets.
Ensure full compliance to all regulatory requirements and internal processes (Code of Conduct, NP4, SOPs and other guidelines) and quality standards in the areas of POPs, RMP/educational materials, onboarding/training/handover of responsibilities.
Report any Adverse Event or Technical Quality Complaint to the DS&E Safety Desk or Complaint Coordinator in accordance to the valid local SOPs.
Academic degree in science combined with a minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or similar function.
You have an established network to rheumatologists, preferable in the east part of Switzerland; experience in the field of biologics is beneficial.
Team player with strong communication skills in German and English.
