Our 6-month program is designed to provide the right candidates with a clear view and experience of our core recruitment business in Switzerland. The successful applicant will progressively develop a great deal of experience and understanding of all the areas of Page Group business in Switzerland.
As a Junior Consultant, you will be on-boarded in our newly created Commodities Division, reporting to the Managing Consultant.
Commodity Trading is one of the major sectors in the city. Geneva is the leading hub in trade of energy and agricultural products like sugar, coffee, grains, rice and oilseeds. All industry leaders have major offices in the region.
The role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, qualifying and managing candidates for job openings focused in the commodity trading market. We focus on mid to senior level searches for clients across all commodities.
The selected participant will also be supporting the Commodities team on various activities: business development initiatives, market mapping, candidates search and relationship management, market surveys, event management. Through this structured program, the participant will also travel to other locations of Page Group in Switzerland to complete projects and attend advanced trainings.
Along the 6-month program, you will be regularly assessed and mentored by Managers and Directors and you will be offered career opportunities in our business.
We are looking for ambitious, bright and driven characters, motivated by the deep desire to progress in a Business-to-Business commercial environment in a meritocratic eco-system.
You hold a university degree and have an initial internship experiences in Consulting, Sales, Recruitment, or any client support functions;
You are customer-oriented, have solid verbal and written communication skills, are immune to stress, and work in a results-oriented manner. You are looking for an opportunity to use both your personal and technical skills to make a difference in a dynamic and quickly-evolving environment;
Your graduation must be the previous or the current year of the intake;
You are authentic, a genuine team player, a good communicator; you are somebody we would want to get stuck in an airport with;
