For our client in Fribourg (Switzerland) we are looking for a Pricing Administrator for a 8 month contract.
Duration: 01/04/2019 to 31/12/2019
Purpose: The Pricing Administrator is responsible for the prices to affiliates and third party customers as well as for the supplier prices and entering them into the system. The Pricing Administrator will be primarily involved in the setup of supplier and intercompany prices in the system as well as billing material and customer prices. Secondarily, she/he will be responsible for Price Voucher Authorization process (PAV) for third party customers, collect related price approvals from Area / Regional management and Area Finance and ensure compliance with the PAV procedure.

Measure, Bill of Material and Customer Price
Responsible for the calculation and input of Intercompany Transfer Price requests
Responsible for 3rd-party price administration (Price Authorization Vouchers) and input into IRIS system
Collection and maintenance of supplier prices for all products sold
Collecting related approvals from Area Regional Management and Area Finance
Responsible for pricing of Alcon and 3rd-party manufactured products including Cost of Goods sold, unit of measure and Transfer Price to affiliates.
Issue and provide APL price list for distributors and Export Markets
Support Area Finance in customer price related tasks
Support in various projects related to Finance and Supply Chain
Perform back-up during vacation periods in the Pricing Department
Around 2 years of experience in Administrative Functions in an international organization.
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Fluent English AND fluent in French or German. Additional languages beneficial
