What does the role involve?
Drive Lean mindset & develop LEAN initiatives/-projects with Line Management and ensure the implementation of targets and roadmaps according to our LEAN program.
Develop the lean philosophy in the whole AMS organisation. Lead & coach LEAN, Kaizen workshop facilitation & Value stream projects to drive business impact and sustainability
Drive initiatives together with our Tool Service Manager community or other Process / Lean Managers, define best-practices and trigger implementation.
Contribute to periodical global LEAN exchanges with our Lean community, LEAN Summit and LEAN Award
What you need is:
A technical background, preferably with an engineering degree, together with a commercial education
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Broad experience in Lean Management and application experience in Lean methods and tools
The willingness to move geographically to develop oneself and transfer capability to others
The motivation to experience different working and national cultures
A strong international profile, ideally with work experience & / or education abroad
Fluent negotiation and communications skills in English and any other languages are a clear benefit
