Head of Store Design
We are looking to integrate our new Head of Store Design, looking after the implementation of our new concept for our boutiques worldwide.
The Head of Store Design & Planning is responsible for the design/development process of new openings and renovations from the concept phase to the opening of all Piaget projects (Shop, In Shop, Boutiques) - Contribute to the success of new concept (under development) to ensure a successful implementation in the different points of sale
Store Design & Planning: Define and validate the adaptation and variations of the new concept (boutique and Shop In Shop) Lead the execution and deployment of the concept across retail networks Adjust and refine the architectural concept Optimize in store experience, especially client experience and sales force training Control the budget and follow up on the final cost summary of each project Supervise boutique openings until DCE (choice of architecture agency, monitor APS, APD, DCE) Benchmark architects/agencies to implement the concept locally Manage tendering processes in collaboration with local markets and follow up on concept implementation Control locally produced elements, if applicable
Management: Manage a central team of internal/free-lance architects (4/5 people) Coordinate SDP managers in different areas (depending on needs) Select local architects/agencies Control the budget of the department Lead the creative agency selection
PROFILE - Architecture, Interior Design or Design degree - Minimum 10 years of experience in retail - Excellent knowledge of the luxury industry and its standards - Proven ability to manage a team - Outstanding communications skills - Fluency in English and French
