The Position

In this hands-on role you will directly report into the Head Global HR Management and closely work with the business stakeholders to ensure high-quality service in HR activities around the employee lifecycle. This position requires a highly motivated, flexible and change-oriented HR senior professional. You are experienced in working in a demanding, dynamic environment and able to manage unexpected, changing situations with a high level of service orientation. You will need to apply business acumen, workforce insights, analytics and functional expertise.

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Lead a team of local and remote HR Managers
  • Ensure effective co-ordination, delivery, continuous improvement and quality of all HR tasks
  • Coach and develop your team on HR topics and effectiveness
  • Establish a strong relationship with line management to be able to provide strategic HR advice to turn business objectives into practice
  • Coordinate or lead change management projects and determine, implement and execute appropriate action plans
  • Deliver high quality operational HR service in all areas of the employee life cycle (attract, retain, develop, reward)
  • Ensure - and improve if needed - reliable HR processes and administration to comply with regulations and local employment laws
  • Manage or participate in local or cross-border HR and firm projectsCoordinate regular exchange of information with internal or external parties

Education

 

  • University degree (MSc/BSc), preferably in Business or HR Management

Professional Requirements

 

  • Pragmatic and experienced HR professional with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position
  • Experience in a matrix organization with ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Very good German and English skills

Personal Requirements

 

  • Strong diplomatic communication skills and ability to partner with business stakeholders
  • Result-oriented, hands-on attitude and manage to cope with competing priorities, customers and projects at the same time
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of independence and accountability
