Job Description Summary
As a member of the QA department in Visp you participate in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of procedures and systems ensuring adherence to cGMPs. Your work focuses on the analytical laboratories which support the manufacturing of APIs.
You work closely with the analytical teams and your main work areas are computer controlled analytical instruments, data acquisition systems and data integrity.
You participate in commissioning of new analytical equipment and implementation of new analytical methods supporting the teams on questions of compliance with cGMP guidelines.
* Ensure the continuous implementation of the regulatory requirements and Lonza global policies concerning computerized systems in the laboratories in Visp * Review and approval of SOPs, validation protocols /reports and periodical reviews of computerized systems * Support the QC teams in risk assessments to ensure compliance with the data integrity requirements * Support the local activities for the global corporate computerized systems * Participate in Lonza global teams to continuously establish Lonza’s worldwide standards * Review and approval of deviations and changes concerning computerized systems * Participate in customer Audits and Inspections * Participate in key professional conferences or educational courses for broadening continuously the expert knowledge
Qualifications and skills required:
* M. Sc. degree in a life science discipline (PhD in analytics preferred) * Ideally, you have gathered your first experience in a similar position * Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) * Ability to multi-task and to work towards deadlines * Goo
